IQAC, UAP Holds Meeting with Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) for Fall 2025

On 05 March 2026, the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), University of Asia Pacific (UAP), organized a meeting with the Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) for Fall 2025. The meeting was assembled and inaugurated by Dr. Afroza Aziz Suchana, Additional Director, IQAC, and was presided over by Professor Dr. Md. Ashraful Alam, Director, IQAC.

Several important agendas were discussed during the meeting, including the review requirements of Program Outcomes (POs) and program curricula, preparation of course files for 2025, training for faculty members on complex problem-solving and thinking domains, moderation of midterm examination questions, the usage of IT tools in the OBE system (with follow-up with the IT Department), and the accreditation status of the programs.

A total of 25 members of the PSAC from 9 different departments attended the meeting. The discussion emphasized strengthening academic quality, ensuring proper implementation of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) system, and enhancing continuous quality improvement across the university.
