"লোক উৎসব Spring 2025" by CHINHO," the Cultural Club of CE, UAP

Amidst the wave of modernization and Western culture, the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) hosted a vibrant celebration to reconnect the new generation with our thousand-year-old folk heritage.

On February 16th, 2026, "CHINHO," the Cultural Club of the Civil Engineering Department, organized its first-ever folk-themed event, "লোক উৎসব Spring 2025."

This grand initiative aimed to present the beauty of our vanishing traditions in a unique way to today's youth. The evening was a beautiful blend of roots, melodies, and storytelling. It featured diverse performances, including Puthipath, Bioscope, tribal dance, theatrical puppet shows, folk music and dance, and Pitha Ghar, all of which were highly praised by the audience.

Organizers and well-wishers hope that this movement to preserve our culture will continue in the future. Heartfelt best wishes to the UAP CE CULTURAL CLUB "CHINHO" for keeping the spirit of folk culture alive.
