Department of Civil Engineering, UAP, visits Water Resources Planning Organization

The Department of Civil Engineering (CE) of the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) arranged a visit to the Water Resources Planning Organization (WARPO) along with the students of "CE 461: Irrigation and Flood Management" course on 13 and 14 March 2023.

A total of eighty students visited WARPO in two days, 44 students on 13 March (with Ms. Syeda Gulfam-E-Jannat, Lecturer) and 36 students on 14 March 2023 (with Dr. Md Imran Rahman Chowdhury, Assistant Professor and Ms. Nowrina Rahim, Lecturer).

As course teacher of CE 461, Dr. Muhammad Mizanur Rahaman, Professor and Dean of School of Engineering accompanied the students on both days. In a meeting, Director General along with all scientists of WARPO welcomed students and explained about different activities and resources of the organization.
