ECDC organized Meet the CEO

Entrepreneurship and Career Development Club (ECDC) organized a career-related session titled ‘Meet the CEO’ on 12 April 2022 at UAP Auditorium. Mr. Syed Alamgir, Managing Director and CEO of Akij Venture was the keynote speaker of the program. More than 250 students from different departments participated in the program.

Mr. Mohammed Rakiv, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, and Adviser, ECDC, welcomed the audience, and shed light on the importance of the program. Mr. Syed Alamgir shared his journey to becoming the CEO of Akij venture throughout the session. He emphasized the skills, mindset and characteristics required for the position. It was an inspiring deliberation by Mr. Syed Alamgir that generated enthusiasm in the audience. He then answered a few questions from the participants.

The program was presided by Air Cdre Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury (Retd.), Treasurer in charge and Director, DSW. He concluded the program with a vote of thanks and handed over a token of appreciation to Mr. Syed Alamgir.
