Subject: Implementation of Service Fees for Issuance of Medium of Instruction (MOI) and Migration Certificates
This is for information of all concerned that, pursuant to the recommendations of the 288th Meeting of AMCC (Academic Monitoring and Coordination Committee), held on 15 July 2026, the 211th Meeting of FC (Finance Committee), held on 25 August 2026, and subsequently, the decision of the 214th Meeting of the Board of Trustees (BOT), held on 01 September 2026, the University Authority has approved the introduction of the service fees for the issuance of the Medium of Instruction (MOI) Certificates and the Migration Certificates, effective from forthwith, as follows:

Accordingly, students requiring any of the above certificates shall collect the prescribed application form from their respective departments, complete the form in all respects, and submit the same to the concerned department along with the required supporting documents.
The prescribed service fees shall be applicable to all applications for the issuance of Medium of Instruction (MOI) Certificates and Migration Certificates submitted forthwith.
All concerned offices, departments, and officials are hereby requested to take necessary measures to ensure due implementation of this Office Order.
