The central attraction of the event was Pharma Pitch-Off Season 2, a distinctive pharmaceutical marketing competition designed to challenge students to think beyond conventional academic presentations. The competition focused on transforming pharmaceutical knowledge into effective marketing strategies, requiring participants to understand their assigned products from both scientific and commercial perspectives and communicate their value through creative promotional approaches.

Building on the success of Season 1, the second season placed greater emphasis on digital product promotion, encouraging participants to develop innovative and engaging marketing strategies relevant to the evolving pharmaceutical industry. The competition tested participants on product knowledge, creativity, strategic thinking, communication, presentation skills, and their ability to develop compelling promotional concepts.
Following the preliminary selection, six finalists advanced to the Grand Finale. The final stage featured an exciting 1-vs-1 individual face-off, with the six finalists competing around three different pharmaceutical drugs. Each drug became the focus of a direct head-to-head battle, allowing the finalists to present contrasting marketing approaches and demonstrate their individual creativity, product understanding, strategic thinking, and marketing acumen.

The final round was judged by Dr. Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, MBBS, MPH, MBA, Executive General Manager, Marketing, Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd., who also graced the occasion. His professional expertise added significant industry value to the competition, while his interaction with the participants provided valuable insights into the realities and expectations of pharmaceutical marketing. After a competitive series of individual face-offs, three winners emerged, one for each drug category, demonstrating outstanding performance in pharmaceutical knowledge, creativity, strategic marketing, and presentation.
